The home equity limit above which a person is not eligible for institutional Medicaid (long term care) is $750,000 unless a spouse or other dependent relatives lives in the home. The asset limit (other than the home) is $2,000 for one person or $3,000 for two people.
Income limits
The monthly income limit is $1,635 for one aged, bind or permanently disabled person.
